Our client pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault on vulnerable women on the London transport system. He was sentenced at Inner London Crown Court on 25th January 2024.

On appeal to Crown Court, the Youth Court decision to impose a DTO for three blades was overturned.

After letter of representations and a letter of action, the CPS decide to discontinue the prosecution against out client.

After representations to the CPS, the Crown agreed to offer no evidence to 5 counts of poisoning.

After two years waiting for trial, our client is acquitted unanimously after a four-day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

After 5 years since the start of extradition proceedings, our client was discharged after French Prosecutors accepted that the extradition was no longer valid.

Our client, who holds a senior position in the medical profession, was accused by her ex-partner of assault. After representations, the CPS decided to take 'no further action', and the professional regulator found that there was 'no case to answer'.

Sonn Macmillan Walker represented E Ltd, which in 2021 pleaded guilty to the third identical breach of an enforcement notice issued in 2014, requiring the unlawful side extension of a residential investment property to be demolished. The company also admitted breaching a 2018 enforcement notice concerning the same property.

With very few extradition requests from Israel, we represent our client in these proceedings.
