Client acquitted of two counts of robbery

Leah represented a vulnerable young man accused of two offences of robbery. Due to the young man’s vulnerabilities and learning difficulties a psychologist was instructed.

The case took two years to come to trial. However, after a four-day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, the jury the jury unanimously acquitted our client of all counts. Our client was extremely relieved.
