Representation at the Police Station and Pre-Charge Advice
It is essential to obtain expert advice as early as possible. Daniel has been representing clients at the police since 2006. He knows the criminal justice system inside out and advises clients on what needs to be done and when. Important evidence may need to be secured or letters written to investigators and other decision makers such as the CPS. However, it may be that saying and doing nothing is the best course of action. Showing your hand too soon can cause problems later down the line. Only someone with years of experience and who is familiar with current practise can give you that advice.
Fearless Advocate and Great Tactician
Daniel regularly attends the magistrates’ court and has done so since qualifying in 2009. Daniel has secured not guilty verdicts for many clients over the years. His extensive knowledge of the law and procedure ensures his clients know exactly how to maximise their chances of success. Daniel is always well prepared for every hearing he attends and does not shy away from a difficult legal argument. He is an intelligent individual, is fully versed in all the ‘tricks of the trade’ and he is a persuasive advocate.
Crown Court Litigator
Daniel also represents clients facing trial in the Crown Court. He is a tenacious litigator with a meticulous eye for detail who will go the extra mile for his clients. The key to Daniel’s success is his ability to unravel complex evidence and present compelling evidence for the defence. He also benefits from an ability to listen and get the best out of clients. His case organisation skills and attention to detail often unearths disclosure that is case breaking.
