Historic Sex Case Win

Sonn Macmillan Walker acted for G in an historic sexual assault trial at Manchester Crown Court.

G faced trial in respect of 14 counts of sexual assault, including by penetration, in relation to four complainants.  The allegations were over 20 years old and related to a time when G had care of two of the complainants and taught all four of them.  G was acquitted of all 14 counts.  David Sonn prepared the case and instructed Sarah Elliott QC and Emma Heath of counsel.
