Harrods Assault Acquittal

We represented former Spurs Chief Executive David Buchler in proceedings at Isleworth Crown Court. He was alleged to have assaulted another customer at Harrods.

He was unanimously acquitted by the jury.  The incident took place in the patisserie department of Harrods, following a dispute over whether David Buchler  had pushed in the queue.  The allegation was that he had deliberately elbowed a customer in the face.   

The case was prepared by David Sonn and Annah Gould and he was represented at his trial by Jonathan Goldberg QC and Jeffrey Israel of Counsel.
