Our client receives favourable outcome on a case where his Suspended Sentence could have been activated, and breach of Criminal Behaviour Order punished.

After a six-day trial, the jury unanimously found our client not guilty.

The bail application we put forward for our client "extremely impressed" the Judge as it was written work of a standard he rarely sees. The Judge invited the Prosecution to review the case, leading to it being dropped just a week later.

The Prosecution initially charged our client with an offence carrying a life sentence, we offered a lesser plea which they accepted.

Our client pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault on vulnerable women on the London transport system. He was sentenced at Inner London Crown Court on 25th January 2024.

Our client, convicted of conspiracy to money launder, was able to have his benefit amount in his POCA proceedings reduced from £19.5 million to £14,244.

Our client was acquitted after trial of driving whilst under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance.

After instructing our own drugs expert to check the Prosecution's interpretations of the messages on our client's phone, it was shown that there was no evidence of a significant amount of drug supply. Our basis of plea was therefore accepted.

Our client faced a single charge of Making a Threat to Kill contrary to section 16 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861. The charge related to a domestic dispute with his wife, who he was in the process of divorcing.

The charge related to an altercation at his workplace. He was accused of wounding a security guard by striking him in the head with a handheld transceiver, causing a significant injury to the security guard’s ear.
