R v J 2024 – We made a successful application to dismiss on an aggravated burglary in which the defendants were said to have driven across counties and held up the complainants with a firearm and a machete.

R v Y 2024 – Our vulnerable client was unanimously acquitted of rape and Voyeurism following a 4 day trial.

R v A – Our client was serving a 50 month sentence for drugs offences when further dated charges were brought against him. Following our representations and counsel’s submissions, he received a sentence to run concurrently with his 50 month sentence, meaning he would not serve any additional time in custody and maintained his release date.

R v B – Our vulnerable client received a suspended sentence for 4 charges in relation to possession of over 400 indecent and prohibited images of children.

Originally charged with s18 GBH with intent, our client received a community order only following successful submission of a basis of plea to the less offence of s20 GBH.

Following significant mitigation regarding his mental health, our client received a suspended sentence in a serious case of supplying class B drugs.

Our client received a suspended sentence for two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.

Our client was charged with causing criminal damage (smashing a bottle) and making threats to kill in relation to his mother. He was also charged in the same proceedings with assault by beating and non-fatal strangulation of his ex-partner.

Our client was accused of 3 counts of assaulting an emergency worker, after a 3-day trial, our client was acquitted of all charges.

Our client was charged with possession of a false ID document with improper intent in relation to a false Portuguese driving license. He was also charged with one count of fraud regarding his use of this document to attempt to obtain a UK driving license.

Our client was chased by police on scooter and was alleged to have driven dangerously and without insurance. When the scooter crashed, he was detained and a search was conducted.
